These students are interested in the environment, sustainability and having a positive impact. However, they are perhaps most interested in that verb, "to do." They want to do well, to be recognized, to learn and do good, as they define "good." It was an interesting conversation and has been a very interesting project as well. It has also given us pause as we think back to why we've chosen to work with "non-profits."
Working to define the question is a critical step in defining the solution. Why asking Why? matters.
