Mission, vision, value Mission, vision and values statements codify an organization’s reason for being and provide a starting point for implementing institutional strategy. Our unique approach embraces the depth and breadth of an organization. We work with individuals to encourage personal reflection and facilitate group dialogue surrounding needs, capabilities and vision. Mission, vision, values

The College of Visual and Performing Arts at Syracuse University needed to refresh its position as an educator of cultural leaders. To assist a new dean in realizing her goals, we worked with faculty, staff and students to define their mission, vision and values. We then translated this strategy into a brand personality, identity system and website.
